I've been a fan of Valedor since they opened! The Japanese-Mexican fusion is such a great combination. The bar is cozy and the volume is just right, perfect for either a date night or a night out with friends. They offer a great happy hour menu, and we happened to be there around 9:00 PM for "Shot O'Clock," when the staff passed out complimentary shots to everyone. My husband and I decided to stop by Valedor for a quick cocktail, and we were lucky enough to snag a couple of seats at the bar. The space is dark and moody, creating a really romantic atmosphere. We ordered four cocktails: the El Bandolero, We Love Lychee, Mano de Sol, and Mizu Fresca. Every drink was beautifully presented and delicious. Surprised this place has as high of rating as it does. Vibes feel engineered and off, drinks are fine, service was.. serviceable. Mid bar all around. Would skip.
