They have bad customer service. I should to move to another pharmacy. I called them 15 hours before I come to make the Medecine ready because I don’t have time . When I arrived they said they still need 15-20 minutes.
Staff has always been polite to me. Accommodating, timely and curtious.
The staff was rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting in line to pick up my medication, a woman walked in and sat down instead of standing in line. I reasonably assumed she was waiting for her medication to be prepared, not waiting in line to check out. They're always friendly, professional, and I never run into all of the red tape and cluelessness of Walgreens, where I've run out days before I end up getting necessary medicine. They always have it in stock or get it quickly.
