Schyler is the absolute best!! I toured many apartments before deciding on Vale. She was by far the best leasing agent that I interacted with. She is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She deserves more than 5 stars! Also, the maintenance crew is on top of things and very quick to complete a request.

I have lived at the Vale for the past two years, and have had a terrible experience with their new management. The leasing manager inspected my apartment during move out and claimed it looked great. The only item which they said we would be responsible for is paint, which was weird since it is normal wear and tear, but nevertheless I agreed since she said we wouldn’t have to pay for a full paint job (only touch ups).
