Extremely disappointed. I came in with a very clear reference photo and paid extra for chrome powder to achieve that specific look. What I received was completely different and very poorly executed. The nail structure is extremely thick underneath, uneven, bulky and not delicate at all. The shape was visibly crooked, to the point that I had to spend over an hour at home filing my nails myself after the appointment just to make them wearable. VALE NAILS is the top nail salon in the area. Their standards are so high that other salons can't match them. Highly recommended!
Una maravilla, desde la recepción hasta la manicurista Anita quien fue muy amable y en su trabajo fue tan meticulosa y detallista. Yo estaba muy nerviosa al principio porque era mi primera vez en un salón aquí en USA y mi inglés no es muy bueno pero fueron tan cordiales y respetuosas en ayudarme y comprender que sentí más confiada 🥰.
