We found Vale Irvin Homes in May of 2020. I am so glad that we did! We contracted with Eddie immediately after meeting with him. He was extremely personable and accommodating. This is a man that TRULY loves to build homes and give folks everything they can dream of. He allowed me to design my own floor plan and built our house beyond our expectations! Have called so many times and no one ever answers the phone . We were looking for a contractor to build us a home but we will take our business elsewhere . How does this company even thrive without customer communication.
My wife and I looked for a long time for a custom builder in the Georgetown area. When we stumbled upon Vale-Irvin, we found that several of their standard features were optional features with other builders. After meeting with Tammy and Eddie we decided to move forward, and extremely glad that we did. Our home is beautiful, with a large lot that would cost much more elsewhere.
