New management is not friendly and good. They ripping of people by taking money direct debit and non refundable even you provided medical certificate to them. Very bad
Friendly women's only gym with friendly and caring staff, with a focus on women's health and wellbeing. Big shout out to Düşlem, who delivers high energy, fun and focused classes that cater to all levels and give you a great all over workout . The members are also friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere. New owner has revamped with more machines, classes and colour. The facilities and little extras are great.
I am new to this place and i'm a BEGINNER (literally fisrt time to lift barbells and stuff😂). I am happy to be a member coz the community is warm and great, other members are ready to assist you when you are lost🤣. I highly recommend the instructors especially Emna and Duslem. Duslem encourages and pushes you to be your best self in the gym . Same goes with Emna, and i love how she supports you,(from a beginner's perspective) she's AWESOME. Vale is definitely on the rise! Ever since the new management took over, the vibe and energy have been so much better. You can already see the improvements! Love the new classes! Can’t wait to see what else is in store!!
Friendly women's gym with highly trained, friendly and caring staff, with a focus on women's health and wellbeing. Big shout out to Mary, highly qualified and skilled trainer. The members are also friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere. There are several types of fun group fitness classes to try.
