I have had nothing but positive experiences at Vale Family Dental, from cleanings, to typical dental care, and even emergency procedures. Today was no exception. Following a routine dental cleaning, I asked Dr Ennsen Murao about a chipped tooth. Rather than consult with me and set up an appointment for restoration, he proceeded to fix that tooth, right there, on the spot. The result was incredible. I found Vale Family Dentistry for my daughter whose wisdom teeth were coming in, solely on their location. She was set up immediately to help her get them removed! I called the next day to set up an appointment for me! I need help badly! We worked to set me up with getting a new set of teeth and a workable payment plan! After a year of trying to find an affordable dentist, they were in my backyard the whole time! Great staff and I love my new dentist!!!
Dr Murao was very kind to see me on short notice while visiting from NC. I had a concern. His staff communicated with my dentist and Dr M. Examined my teeth and let me know there was no immediate danger. Rather than selling me services he let me know that it would be fine to wait and see my dentist when I get home. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional.
