Excellent service very friendly and professional
I have recently had James from Vale Burners to service my boiler and trace a few problems with my underfloor heating.You could not meet a more professional,friendly,competent person.Nothing was too much trouble for him,a most impressive company.
Bit of a scare yesterday evening after a power cut when the boiler stopped working and the temperature was dropping to -5 degrees . Quick response from James who came round within an hour and fixed the problem straight away. Great relief in what could have been a pretty bad situation.
Been using vale burner service for over 5 years very reliable never been let down unlike other services No job to big or small, very competitive rates and extremely knowledgeable telling you exactly what the problem is and how they will fix it
We have used VBS for over 20 years and they've always been great. They pull out the stops to help when you're in a jam, and are in no way inclined to take advantage of you. In my experience they have been thoroughly trustworthy and are wonderfully friendly. Highly recommended.
