We have been through alot the past few months from 2 dogs attacking our baby to having to put down our 6 month old tuxedo Dax. This whole office has ben amazing. Staff is fantastic and the vets/techs will answer anything regardless how crazy it sounds without judgment. Then I received a condolence card in the mail and in the past ive seen other vets do it with a simple sorry for your loss ect... they went above and beyond with about 7 small paragraphs. My dog was so comfortable with the vet techs and vets, you could tell he was definitely very loved and taken care of lol! They were up front to me about pricing and told me what my bill would look like, I called very very often and not once were they rude about it! Also shout out to his favorite "nurse" grace, he was a big fan of her and the artwork of him is beautiful! Will be coming here again
I would highly recommend Valdosta Veterinary Associates, not just for emergency care but also routine care. Thank you Dr. Antal for saving my babies life! First off, we did not see Matthew Randolph as told over the phone. The female veterinarian who we did see was judgmental because our kitten was stressed out from riding in the carrier. What cat is not stressed out riding in a carrier? Anyways, turns out he was a little chunky, which she was angry about. She then said she was going to put together an estimate for the neuter of our kitten and then left. Georgia and Dr. Temples were who we worked with when we had to put my MIL dog down. He was bad off and old and it was unfortunately time. The receptionist was so kind and immediately asked if we needed to get him inside and more comfortable and I was floored and said yes please. She came out and scooped him up like a baby and cuddled him and took him to the back to start some oxygen and get some pain relief going. They also got him cleaned up some since he had made a mess from the time we had left the house to getting there.... read more
