Had to make an emergency stop here while on a road trip between Florida and Tennessee. Terrill and Matthew were fantastic help! Not only did they get us back on the road within a reasonable amount of time, they accommodated all 6 of us along with our large dog inside the lobby. Terrill even offered to have a driver take us to grab lunch while we were waiting. Super friendly staff and lobby was incredibly clean! Very happy with service and customer care!
Very greedy and dont uphold their contracts. I went to Prince toyota in tifton and they offered the service without any issues.
When in to just get a battery for my fob. I spoke with parts and an attendant came to get my keys.After I paid and when to my car , key still not working. I asked a service manager James who said key wasn’t responding and it would be 200-300 dollars to replace the key. Thank God I called back inside and was able to speak with the original attendant.
