This guy Valdir is one of the most unprofessional and sketchy persons that we had ever met. We were in the process of purchasing a home and we needed a loan officer. We started the process as first time buyers and we were putting 3.5% down. Behind our backs he change the paperwork and put that we were going to put 50% down instead of the 3.5% without our knowledge. I am very happy with Valdir's job. I was able to get my home loan in the time manner. I had a lot of questions and he was able to helped every time I had questions. I supper recommend
