Vincent was excellent. We had a potentially problematic repair to a service entrance falling off its backboard. It is approximately 45 years old. I contacted him, he said he could take a look and made plan, providing some potential issues that he's seen. Luckily, the fused disconnect was so old that it had no plastic parts that could have failed after exercising the switch. Vincent got her fixed right up. Very responsive and very nice.
