Dr. Valdez is a horrible doctor! The staff here is very unfriendly and the wait time can be hours. At least one hour minimum. Once you get into a room you wait another hour for Dr. Valdez to see you for 10 minutes and not really have done anything. 10+ years ago I went to her for chronic pain and told her my suspicions that I may have Fibromyalgia. I first went in to see Dr Valdez when I was 48 years old . I live in Irving so I wanted a dr where I didn’t have to drive to far out to find a good doctor . I had seen several doctors before her but none were as knowledgeable as she was. She had patience and listened to my health problems. She helps me with the right medications . I trust her to take care of me . She is kind and caring. I am now 65 years old and Dr Valdez is well inform on all the treatments she prescribes for me . I feel better then ever.
