FNP Hollar, I believe was her name, was great, no complaints there. The only thing I would change about this place is the TV blasting political news very loudly in the waiting room. HGTV, Food Network, game show network Anything would be better than politics in the Dr office
I've been putting this review off for a few weeks now. Went to this express care back in January/February due to sickness. No diagnosis, was told there were alot of things mimicking flu and covid so I understood and left. Around the end of May I was running a fever of 101 for a full day with fatigue, sore throat, and ear ache, and eye drainage. Was told the same thing yet again. The man who called me back just waved me back didn't smile or act friendly acted like he hated his job
I came today, Saturday, February 1 at 9 AM and presented with upper respiratory symptoms for which I was tested for Covid and flu. There was no RSV test available even though I indicated that I had been exposed. I was then told I had some sort of viral thing that I picked up somewhere along the line and I would be called in a prescription for a cough and congestion medication. I was very disappointed with my wife's experience earlier this week and it was not a good one. We came back this morning as she was still in terrible shape and had a much better experience. There wasn't a wait and the front desk staff was very nice and got her seen right away.
