Valderrama did an excellent job with servicing our AC and he was extremely professional. I would definitely hire them again. Great service! Julio Mendoza came to service my parents AC and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond. Julio took the time to answer all of my parents questions and made them feel at ease.
I can not say enough positive things. My HVAC compressor failed Friday evening. I spoke with Jose and he arranged to get a new compressor and sent Julio confirm my findings and install the new compressor. Having done HVAC service myself I watched closely as Julio install the compressor. He did everything right and with great attention to detail. It was 95 degrees that Saturday so getting this fixed was a very good thing.
I had a great experience with this AC company extremely professional, quick, and efficient from start to finish. Julio, in particular, went above and beyond during the entire process. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything up and running in no time. I really appreciated the level of care and attention. Highly recommend!
