Prompt dependable and efficiently solved our problem
Tim Cullen did a wonderful job. He communicated well, took time to answer my questions, and was polite and professional! This was my first time using Valdel Plumbing and I would recommend them to others looking for a plumber!
Billy was professional and got the job done. It’s an old house so things weren’t easy but he put all pvc and got no leaks. He also repaired the toilet and did work that was more than originally planned like replacing the vanity faucets and was happy to do it and he gave me a reasonable price but also included me in a membership where I could get discount on future work
Valdel was incredibly fast! We had an urgent leak in our basement for one of our main sewage pipes (the whole pipe needed replacing)—they gave us a more than fair quote, and repaired it the same day! Billy was so patient and explained all the work he’d be doing, cost comparisons, etc. so that we could understand! Couldn’t recommend them enough
