My father was a patient of Valde twice. First time is was December 2025 after his knee replacement. They coordinated care, medication, and communication very clearly. His PT was very effective. My pops recovered quicker than we anticipated under their care. The second time it was July 2026 after he got a staph infection. They quickly got his medication ordered on time, got his labs drawn while at home, and amd got him everything he needed while on IV antibiotics. Thank you Valde!
Had wonderful treatment by all employees But would like to mention JESSICA KAUFER.PT. EXELLENT PT KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING...MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO DO MY EXERCISES WHEN MY ARTHRITIS FLARES UP. SHE IS A GREAT HEALER AND VERY COMPETENT. I WANT YOU TO KNOW WHAT A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR TEAM. THANK YOU.
They are very unprofessional and if you want to leave this company they make it very difficult and give you all the excuses for you not to so it's best not even try to get started with them no way lesson learned
If I could give this place half of a star I would, they most definitely do not deserve a full star. They are unprofessional, lack the ability of compassion for all their patients and their care. All they care about is money and how to squeeze money out of patients and their insurance companies. Make frualant claims towards insurance companies for services and supplies.
