We contracted Valcourt for multiple major projects for our resort of 340 condos in Destin during last 4 years. Waterproofing the building and balconies, waterproofing exterior walkways and sealing our parking garage structure. They were priced competitive in all biddings. Management was always available. When things got delayed a bit, they had vast resources to ramp up and catch up.
