This company has completely lost our trust. They no longer stand behind their products or their own quality standards. We purchased selenium valves that were clearly defective due to their own manufacturing mistakes, yet they refused to remake the parts or issue a refund. Their response was careless and unprofessional, and the manager we spoke with seemed completely unqualified to handle the situation.
