I was all set to purchase a vehicle from them. Had been speaking to an employee (Danielle? Daniella) off and on for the past week. They sent a purchase agreement to my bank YESTERDAY to complete the loan. I called today to let them know the loan had gone through and I was told by a man that it was sold. Clearly there is ZERO communication within this company. I am extreme upset and will never work with this company again. Scheduled an appt for 2 pm through video chat and was stood up. Not even an apology or I'm sorry, we sold the car or nothing. Went on the website to check if the car was there and the listing was removed. Nice!!
