Owned by a private equity firm that exudes cutting cost, while implementing unfair work practices all the while tricking their employees into low wages with "employee ownership". This is a perfect example of why manufacturing can't make it in America, greed @ the top is outrageous.
They will have you work all week and then fire you on Friday at the end of the day. And they don't even tell you themselves. Zero integrity
