If I could leave a negative star I would. I used them to coordinate some commercial and residential appraisals. Tyler Free ended up screwing me out of around $3,000. They justified it by just increasing their handling fee. They didn't even do anything other than order the appraisals. I will tell everyone I know to watch out for these guys. I think they are very dishonest.
