Steer clear of this firm run by Valas if you are a prospective franchisee, especially looking at a new, emerging brand! The advice was misguided and he let his personal opinions interfere with the legal nature of the transaction. To be clear, we shared a client and they ended up getting a second opinion and signed the franchise agreement. Since this review was posted, Mr Valas has decided to continuously call me, resort to name-calling, and harass me on Facebook and I've been forced to block him.
