Went in for eyebrow threading. The owner asked me if I wanted them reshaped and I said no just a touch up. I had my eyebrows threaded and they cut off the top of my brow. It’s taken years to grow them out and perfect the shape. The owner took it upon herself to do what she wanted not what I asked for even after I told her NOT TO RESHAPE. They are thinner, un even and ruined. I will never go back here.
