I had a great experience at Valadez Jewelers while looking for a gold chain. They made the process friendly, easy, and fun right from the beginning. They made sure I chose the ideal chain by being informed, understanding, and also remarkably responsive. They always responded promptly, addressed all of my inquiries, and offered direction at every turn. I would definitely go back again.
Great customer service, great prices they also made me feel very welcomed and very respectful.
They don’t open on there scheduled time
Start to get ahold of them for about 3 or 4 days last week no one ever answered when you go in there they do try to give you ridiculous prices and tries to rip you off
