When I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early, I had a hard time finding the entrance to the "office." When I was directed by someone waiting in the parking lot/storage area. When the pneumatic door opened, I was greeted by a HUGE pile of construction materials, tools, and piles of stuff and boxes.
