If I could rate the reception staff A half star. I would. As a new patient I was told to bring medical records. What they failed to do, was ask me to bring all my actual prescriptions with me. As a former soldier I learned very quickly how important people’s time was. I also learned that wasting people’s time was rude and disrespectful I think it’s time someone give the staff a block of instruction on time management, common curtesy and customer service I think they are complacent and should be verbally counseled every time ... read more
