Piscine en béton magnifique, par contre, ATTENTION, après 10 ans, les tuiles tombent un peu partout (voir photos). Le PROBLÈME quand j'appelle Val-Mar pour de l'aide ou des conseils, c'est une fin de non recevoir! Je comprends qu'après 10 ans la piscine ne soit plus sous garantie, par contre je ne m’explique pas qu’on me refuse toute aide ou conseil! I contracted Val Mar to do a custom full concrete pool. Pool costed me close 300k in total. They first placed the pipes all crooked, then some leaked because they didn't glue them properly and after a 3rd party company company finished the stone and wood finish there was areas (mainly corners) with moisture which they blamed the water from the pool even though nobody swam in it and it didn't rain.
