My wife and I were in Maui celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. I contacted Val to make our anniversary more special with a private chef experience. Val did not disappoint, our menu was the Hawaiian Surf and Turf. All of the food was amazing, my wife especially loved the fresh Poke and fresh fish. Val was incredibly nice, we had great conversations all evening and got to learn more about Maui. The pricing was incredibly fair and meal far exceeded my expectations. Val and John are very talented and some of the kindest people ever! They gave me a whole package for free and covered shipping! The flavor is so rich, almost sacred. They sent me Cioccolato Amore which has dark chocolate with graham crackers, and sea salt. While the ingredients were simple, the flavor isn’t. The chocolate has a distinct taste, with a very complimenting mix and flavor from chocolate and sea salt, then balanced with crumble of graham cracker. Val was great, we had an amazing dinner with lots of fresh ingredients she grew herself. Really was an amazing time for our family. Also really enjoyed her Cioccolato amore as well.
