HORRIBLE in every sense of the word and across the board. Beginning with the completely incompetent "doctors" like Saste, who rather than treat her patients & abide by the Hippocratic Oath of DO NO HARM, chooses instead to deem them mentally incompetent & refer them out to behavioral health, until their ultimate demise. Or was this "doctor" trained by the institution who employs, otherwise unemployable doctors, Kaiser Permanente - who knows.
