Have been with them for a long time and have been good to work with on my health
Dr Patel is no longer seeing her patients as she now has a np working with her. And do to her not being in the hopkinsville office after making an appointment in the 60days only for her not to see you but in turn her helpers. Who doesn't know her patients do to not reading there case file. Most of all not responding to a call for help. From her actual patients. Very helpful. Called in for info and they were more than happy to assist me with my questions. Every other place I called was inconvenienced. Excellent customer service on the front end!! Thank you
Doctor Patel treats patients that have been prescribed medication through this exact office as drug seekers. Someone that was diagnosed as diabetic was denied their prescription due to their system no longer having the same info about said patient. Doctor needs to read some more books and not read fear mongering news sites to get information about medication
I have never met the doctor herself yet, but everyone else in that office is very nice and Knowledgeable of what’s going on with me with the Rocky Mountain disease…
