Extermely professional. I had dash cam installed on my new car and it came with a filter which was put on. This was creating a rainbow effect on the footage as I also have tint on my front windshield, I did not know about the filter at this stage. I believed it to be an issue with the settings, so when I messaged Demitri, he informed me about the filter and asked if I would like him to come over and take it off.
