I literally have just got home and I could not wait to come on here and give Vain 5 stars. It was my first time there today and everyone was so lovely. Charlie did such an incredible job on my hair. I have dark hair and she just knew exactly what to do with it to get it the colour how I wanted it. She’s a true magician!!

Struggled a find a place to understand and do what I want and what my hair need! First time there and they nailed yet. Chris is the balayage queen! My hair is sooooo Vain!
