I first met Mark Vail when he was fitting my mother with her hearing aids. Over the years he has provided her with outstanding service and support. Recently I was having issues with my hearing and I contacted Mark for a hearing evaluation. He came to my house and identified that I had wax buildup in one ear and suggest how to remove the wax.
