As a first time customer, took my Subaru WRX in for an oil change and inspection. Was informed I would need to replace all 4 tires to pass inspection (not a surprise, I knew the tires were due for replacement). They were able to get my tires ordered at a lower price than I saw online and installed the next day. The shop provided fast, friendly, and transparent communication as needed. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back in the future!
Today I had an appointment with Vails Gate to have brake pads replaced and an inspection. Before anything was done I was informed that I had a my driver's side directional light out. I had the bulb and asked them to install it. I was told that they don't do lights. I'm complaining because I feel if they cared about real customer service they would have accommodated me.
