Today I had an appointment with Vails Gate to have brake pads replaced and an inspection. Before anything was done I was informed that I had a my driver's side directional light out. I had the bulb and asked them to install it. I was told that they don't do lights. I'm complaining because I feel if they cared about real customer service they would have accommodated me. Incredible service. Very fast and efficient. I’ve been going to Vails Gate Tire and Auto for 4 years now for my brakes and rotors. I am never disappointed with the service.
Was expecting my oil change and tire rotation to take over an hour. My car was ready in 25min. Family owned business good service will be a repeat customer. Visited in May 2025 they squeezed me in (same day appointment) very polite and quick oil change. Was in and out in 30 min. $59.99 + tax.
