I’ve been using Vaillancourt Fuels for a few years now for home oil delivery, a 2nd opinion inspection and most recently a boiler cleaning service. The team at Vaillancourt Fuels are always understanding, accommodating and friendly to work with. After having a rollercoaster of experiences prior to them I am happy I have found Vaillancourt Fuels to take care of all my home heating needs. Thank you Vaillancourt team.
After having hot water issues several times over the winter valancourts was called each time First, they replaced the control box on top of the furnace a week later. It burnt out. They came back a second time replaced it again. Didn't adjust the temperature, so it burned out yet again. They just came back last week. Because the hot water was a 198°. From the faucet, they added a mixing valve which the system has never had in 30 years of being used. My landlord went ahead and paid the fee of $600 for them to fix it this time.... read more
