I would regrettably not recommend this surgery center to anyone, at least in its current state. *** Billing staff were unprofessional, and in process of inquiring about process to receive the significantly overpaid balance due back to me, one staff hung up on me twice and spoke in an unprofessional manner — in a lifetime of being a patient, I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a clinic staff. *** Second and more importantly— In retrospect — My overnight stay post-surgery was horrific. I flew in from Tucson, AZ, for my daughters surgery scheduled on the 13th of this month. From check-in through the next day follow-up call, I found all staff members professional, courteous, and compassionate! The waiting room is not only comfortable but welcoming with the fireplace. I would like to give a special thank you to nurse Sarah Townsend. By far and wide the best experience at a surgery center or medical facility I have ever experienced. The most considerate and professional staff puts your mind at ease that you are in good hands.
