Changes times of surgery the day before making it very hard to coordinate rides. Has changed my procedure 3 times now.
I would regrettably not recommend this surgery center to anyone, at least in its current state. *** Billing staff were unprofessional, and in process of inquiring about process to receive the significantly overpaid balance due back to me, one staff hung up on me twice and spoke in an unprofessional manner — in a lifetime of being a patient, I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a clinic staff. *** Second and more importantly— In retrospect — My overnight stay post-surgery was horrific.
