We had a great experience working with Brian at Vail Valley Hardwoods! After an ice machine leak warped several floorboards in front of our refrigerator, Brian was the only contractor willing to repair the damage using matching original wood from a smaller bathroom. We needed both repair of significant water damage and a complete refinish. Brian was very responsive prior to, during, and after the job. He offered great recommendations and visited daily during the work. The production team was proficient, professional, and pleasant. Most people likely only get their floors refinished once, maybe twice, so using Vail Valley Hardwoods with its tremendous knowledge and experience, and high-touch customer service is the obvious choice.
Brian and his team did an excellent job refinishing our old wood floors and even worked some magic on the engineered hardwood that was in rough shape. I had my hardwood floors refinished. Brian gave me a great suggestion and it turned out better than I ever hoped. The cost was right in the range I had in mind before I got the estimate and that held through the project. It was completed in the timeline Brian committed to and my place was clean when I got back to it. Can't recommend them high enough.
