There were several problems with the property (which was not their fault) and they dealt with it quickly and efficiently. When we texted them about a water problem at 10 at night, they texted back within minutes and told us how to fix it (which was simple). Jay Gould and Vail Valley Getaway are wonderful! My girlfriends wanted a last minute ski trip to Beaver Creek and he was able to help us organize our trip over the holiday weekend!
