They lost for their negligence
Sending me marketing materials to book by September 1 when you don’t have the staffing or infrastructure to take my booking. The website for booking lessons doesn’t work and when you call in it just hangs up on you. Someone needs to take a look at your customer intake process. Vail epic prepaid auto passes. for 10 years auto pay the amount every year and then get full payment in September for same thing I always got. Local Pass. This year, 2025 I get notice of auto pay in full in September, only Vail/Epic changed my passes to full for me and my family. NOT the local pass that automatically would be put on my account every other year. Got Oriental person on Epic customer support who said can't change me to local. Bd for the ski industry. They’re jacking up day and season passes such that if you do not have means or a good job; skiing will be too expensive at their mountains; and most offensive, after you pay their exorbitant lift fees the resort is way too packed and oversold - but I’m sure that’s fine with these selfish bean counters. My new home after 20 years is Winter Park.
Vail resorts needs to leave Colorado. They are not welcome here.
