This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their system is designed to loop you with people who can’t help and often do not have a full command of the english language. When you request to speak to a supervisor they will leave you on hold for several minutes and come back only to report that they are in a meeting.
I spent over $5,000 planning a ski trip, only to arrive and find that the mountain wasn’t open due to lack of snow—and Epic refused to provide any meaningful refund or accommodation. It’s incredibly frustrating for people like me who work hard, save up, take time off, and trust this company to deliver the experience we paid for. Pray you don’t have any issues with your pass!! I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for a month over a simple error with a child’s pass. 22 calls and emails which all go to the Philippine customer service center with still no resolution. Every phone number you call in Colorado is forwarded overseas and they are unable to make changes without sending an email to corporate and telling you that you will be contacted in 3-7 days. Embarrassing and incompetent.
Vail Resort Company has the worst customer service ever. Would rate 0 stars if able. There was an error regarding my passes that I purchased in May. Due to "policy" they couldn't give me the correct rate I would have paid in May and also made me upgrade my child ticket to an adult one since he has since turned thirteen. Their "no exceptions to our rules" policy shows how little they care about customer retention and much they care about their bottom line. Poor customer experience as well as helping their employees. This is my last year buying an EPIC pass. No more. It is off ot Copper Mountain. I speak as an EPIC award winner. It's a shame that Rob Katz has allowed Vail Resorts to become such a dysfunctional company.
