This company just seems to pride itself on constantly cutting costs and ruining the experience of season pass holders like myself. Now you cut the grace period off of chair closings on Whistler blackcomb? For years a 4 day pass had benefits suddenly they - you ,took them away giving the benefits only to full season pass holders . Unknown to me I tried to somehow upgrade my pass with buddy benefits .denied .no customer service just offshore phone people in the Philippines with no ability to really help at all.
