Do not spend your money with this company - they're the worst, and there's no way to contact anyone in control. They've build themselves a wall between you and them. If you call their number, you'll get routed to India where they can't take action. If you call the resort, you'll get the run around.
Vail Resorts has turned what used to be an incredible mountain experience into something that feels like a corporate assembly line. Prices keep climbing, yet the actual experience on the mountain keeps getting worse. On my most recent visit, I spent 2 hours of the 8 hours the lifts were open just standing in lift lines. bought my last epic pass ever. they didnt update their website nor their app. after taking off work and travelling to snowboard, they said sorrry cant do anything about it. unbelievable company. will never use epic again. will only look for non-epic passes. They just lost 30 years of my business and family/friends. Good job Epic! Epic Fail is your new name.
Keystone is making it very hard to get IT help regarding my attempts to solve why I can't log on to my MY Epic. When I try to call anyone in IT the call is always dropped. When I finally do get a customer service representative they don't transfer me to IT , but attempt to solve the problem themselves. I finish thinking that all my problem have been solved only to find out that it still doesn't work. When I try myself to reset the password the site doesn't allow me to do that. Vail traps customers into expensive lodging by applying hidden non-refundable lodging deposits which are not visible at checkout. They also locked my daughter out of her already purchased pass which caused a 2 hour delay to our ski day. When attempting to change or cancel the lodging, they use the hidden charge to coerce the customer to keep the reservation by changing the date, then claim the customer needs to wait 1-2 days for confirmation; there is no immediate or online cancellation available.
