High prices, anti-competitive behavior, they also don't respect the email opt-out options and continue to email you anyways. Do not purchase anything owned by Vail, they have ruined the sport.
Growing up in the Northeast, skiing in Vermont in the 1970s-80s, I looked at Vail like the promised land. Skied there (and Breck, Keystone, Heavenly, Park City) in the 1980-2020's. Flash forward 40 years and this company is ALL THAT IS WRONG in skiing....overpriced, overcrowded and always creating bad news: ski patrol strikes, massive lift lines, closing resorts with good snow coverage, limiting snowmaking/grooming, $30 burger/ beer and $350 lift tickets. Unfortunately it’s no secret that Vail Resorts has horrible customer service.
