This hotel is perfect for family trips! The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — they handled every issue right away. At first, there was a problem with our room key, but the hotel immediately arranged two temporary rooms for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service was truly top-notch. It’s also very pet-friendly, which made our stay even better. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall environment of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. Loved the location near walking paths and close to our conference. The condo was beautiful. It would've been nice to have at least some condiments like salt and pepper and maybe oil for when we want cook. The bedroom doesn't have any windows, but it does have a sliding patio door in the evening. I don't feel safe keeping the door open because it's facing the street side. So it would've been nice to have the screen door lock to get some fresh air.
We had a 2 BR/2 Bath 'gold' condo. It was a perfect for our family of 4 with teenagers. It has a full kitchen and coffee pot which was great. A W/D too. It came with toiletries and a hair dryer - that wasn't on the website and I didn't want to assume since it was a condo. The area is quiet. It a bit of a walk into Vail but the weather was great and the trail is a lovely walk. The condo was very nice and clean but we also experience not having AC throughout our whole stay as it seems others have as well. It wasn't too bad the first few nights because we found fans in the closets so we used them but the last night it was really hot and we could not reach anyone plus we did not want to stay up all night waiting for someone to come and show up.
