I really hate to be that guy who leaves a 1 star review. I truly wouldn’t unless it was completely deserved. Tl;dr do not stay here. The condominiums are gross, over priced, and do not have air conditioning. Get an Airbnb or vrbo. My goal was to stay at the Grand Hyatt for a work conference but it was booked. When I called the Hyatt global booking number to see if there were other options they informed me of the Residences. It’s on premise and a short walk to the hotel. Fine, sounds good. Had a wonderful time at this property. Well appointed condo with a great view. Hotel GM (Edward) and staff showed exemplary hospitality and made our stay fantastic.
