Made the wrong decision of staying here. We checked into our platinum three bedroom suite at 4pm as that was the check in time. The suite or penthouse as they call it was HOT. This is July when the temperatures can reach the 70’s!The air conditioning was not working and the ice maker in the refrigerator was also not working. We called the office and realized that their office closes at 4pm! The check in time is 4pm, so if anything is wrong then there is no one to reach out to. Property is showing some age but it’s comfortable and well equipped for a ski week. Great location if you like quiet end of vail with a lift access!
Cancellation policy is purposely misleading. Tried to find other alternatives with the hotel but they had minimum nights and crazy high winter rates.
