I scheduled for this person to come and repair my pool twice we talked about what the possible problem could be and he told me he would not be able to get to me until a week from the date. A week later he never showed up or called me. I asked him what happened and he apologized and said he would come the very next week. Well guess what he was a no show still. I believe this is horrible customer service or lack of being organized.

Yea so we have had this service for awhile and when consolidating yard and pool together with a family friend with an extensive background in pools, was astonished by what wasn’t done as normal and usual maintenance . Filters broken, filters that should be white completely black . Not sure what the pool guy was doing every week. Lesson learned for me to know what to expect , but also lesson learned for the owner to follow up with accountability on their employees .oh well , moving in a better direction .

The gentlemen that came to look at our pool and equipment was very kind and very knowledgable and savedus from thinking we had a broken pump
