This company was sent to my home last summer for a leak in the refrigerant line or whatever. This summer, about two weeks ago, the system started failing again . We contacted American home shield and they couldn’t get anyone out in a decent amount of time so we had a company I use at work come out. They fixed a couple things that had nothing to do with vail heating and cooling, but they did notate that the pressure seemed as if the refrigerant had been mixed with another one. Never showed up for appointment. Called them several times. Never returned my calls. I cannot recommend.
This company is horrible, they've been to my home 3 times for the same issue, and it always a run-around answer never a straight forward diagnoses. When you try and call them they never pick up the phone and their voicemail is full, and when you are waiting for the tech to show up in the given window they are never on time. I am currently waiting for them and was told between 11am-2pm, and it is now 2:45pm. My point exactly! The rep assigned to SV is rude and disrespectful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or professional. We were serviced by Noel, and he went above and beyond our expectations. He was on time, explained what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and provided a very professional experience.
Our home warranty requires us to use who they are contracted with and I will be honest, we were nervous about using Vail Heating & Cooling based on some reviews we read, but I am glad to say their experiences were not ours! Once Vail got out to us, our AC was back up and running within a couple hours, got everything approved with our warranty company and had it working better than before. I’m glad we gave them a chance.
