This company is horrible, they've been to my home 3 times for the same issue, and it always a run-around answer never a straight forward diagnoses. When you try and call them they never pick up the phone and their voicemail is full, and when you are waiting for the tech to show up in the given window they are never on time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or professional. We were serviced by Noel, and he went above and beyond our expectations. He was on time, explained what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and provided a very professional experience.
Our home warranty requires us to use who they are contracted with and I will be honest, we were nervous about using Vail Heating & Cooling based on some reviews we read, but I am glad to say their experiences were not ours! Once Vail got out to us, our AC was back up and running within a couple hours, got everything approved with our warranty company and had it working better than before. I’m glad we gave them a chance.
Very good company to work with. My brand new heat pump looks great and is nice and chilly.
Very poor communication and lack of experience with taking care of our problem. They had to come back several times to fix the problem and as a matter of fact never fixed it!! They have a 30 day guarantee which is basic but they don’t elaborate on any equipment warranties. Furthermore, they pawn us off to warranty company of which they say they are no longer a part of. Very convenient! Don’t use them! There are too many options out there, to give your money to a company like this.
