This review is for a particular nurse in the surgery center. I stayed overnight and had literally an angel named Jenni. If Vail Health looks up my chart they'll see I've had no less than 10 surgeries in the last 10 years. So I've had my share of post op nursing care. Jenni's professionalism, attention, empathy and compassion during an extremely long night of pain left me speechless. I'm not sure what the hospital pays her but it's not enough. That kind of care is priceless to patients in pain. Thank you guys for hiring her.

Well, who knew that room service from a hospital cafeteria could be so good! Last night and for lunch today (post-op back surgery) I had a bacon cheeseburger. One with mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans and potato wedges (ummmm to dip in the mashers of course!) and one with a salad and potatoes. They were both consistently done and while it wasn’t a juicy medium well, the flavors were all there and produce for toppings were fresh and so tasty.
