We took our two year old in and the staff were amazing. Cindy and Elizabeth were perfect. Same to the lady at the front desk. I’m sorry i forgot your name! Everyone was amazing with our child and he got a popsicle at the end.

Outstanding care for my mother suffering from altitude sickness. The staff went above and beyond to help my mother while Ruthie at check-in made sure we had whatever we needed while we waited.
We had a great medical experience at Vail Health but the billing has been very difficult. Despite multiple phone calls and connecting them to our insurer there is one bill that continues to be an issue. There billing department basically said they were done talking to us and that we owed them the money by signing to get care. Ive never been treated so rudely by a billing department when we are trying to solve the problem.
Ridiculoues the finance and administration, they charged me one month ago and since then I did not receive the invoice, now they tell me that I owe them additional fees. The XRays where a disaster, really, in Argentina I have an extraordinary better service, the Xray seems like a joke.
