If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. As a local I would not recommend this hospital what’s so ever. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Vail Health Hospital. I came to the ER in severe pain from a dislocated right shoulder, hoping that the nurse and doctor would actually listen to me and help me manage the pain I was experiencing. I struggle with my mental health and require a higher level, more frequent level of support and am grateful for the support, guidance, and attentive listening and understanding that I receive from the Emergency department at Vail Hospital when things have in the past stacked up and become too much too quickly/ all at once.
