Dr.Mindy Cooper is absolutely horrendous, angry, and had zero interest in even looking at blood panels. I have never seen a professional who was so absolutely lacking of *cool, calm, and collected*. Everyone says “run from Vail area if you have anything other than an orthopedic problem” and they aren’t joking. RUN!

A very special shout out to Emily, a nurse in recovery. This hospital is beyond BLESSED to have her as part of the staff. She's incredibly patient and has a decent sense humor. Spiritually intelligent enough for my satisfaction and appreciation. Her experience there speaks volumes on her professionalism and attitude projections. I wish there were more souls like her on this planet. My mom is having her right knee replacement surgery in April and I'm hoping I'll meet her again.

I have a had mix of good and not great doctors at Vail Health, but where they lost me as a customer after today, was from the Billing department. After I what I experienced I came here to see if other reviews contained a similar complaint and sure enough, the staff in Billing needs to be seriously evaluated. I was simply asking for an itemized bill with CPT code/Rev codes to understand how my bill became so high for lab work. So disappointed that staff turned away a woman travelling alone, from simply parking her vehicle in the underground parking garage for a few hours to shelter safely (a near empty parking garage) in a serious blizzard recently. She did the right thing and asked permission but staff told her she couldn't and to leave. If that shows the level of compassion from staff, I wouldn't go there for medical help. Unbelievable.
