Jaime in the office is wonderful! She cares about everyone she comes in contact with and is a pleasure to speak with. Every time I have encountered her, she has been very professional, prompt, and attentive. She is a valuable asset to Vail Estates Apartments.
Great place to live. Management and maintenance great fixes problems relatively quick
Very nice complex. People are very friendly. The property Manager Jamie is very accommodating and easy to work with. Any time I have ever had a need she is quick and efficient to get it handled.
We absolutely love our new home! Jamie helped us get in quickly and provided all of the information I needed to get the beginning of the year discount for the apartment! Its a beautiful neighborhood and so accommodating! 10/10 RECOMMEND!
