I hate to write this but they need some refresher on how to return calls as I been waiting over a week for a response back from the nurse as I been haven seizures back n forth that none can figure out why. I Definitely feel they don't care enough for their patients as they should. Going to have to move on to someone new.
I explained my own neurological things going on since I was ten. I also explained that my dad died of brain cancer. I asked if I could get an MR1. She says oh, I don't know if I can do that. I also had explained that my insurance has been paying for the MRIS. Be aware of this doctor. I go out of town and feel that my current neurologist is just better all around.
I cannot get my seizure meds refilled all of a sudden. My pharmacy has tried several times to get ahold of them and no one sends it through. I've called 3-4 times and leave messages because no one ever answers the phone OR returns a simple phone call to me or my pharmacy to let us know what's even going on. Just dropped me like a bad habit it appears. I used to love this doctor. Perhaps I'll get my refill this way???
I like Dr. Belle. She is very personable & professional. She interacts well w/ me, tells me how I am doing based on tests given. At this point, she says that my last MRI, written testing, & lab work show I am maintaining and am stable w/ my latest tests @ 69%.👍😊
Dr Belle only sees patients as numbers and not people. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. I waited an hour for my appointment then barely saw the doctor for 5 minutes before being dismissed and not having any questions answered. Dr Belle will make recommendations but I had to follow up to have anything actually completed. It's been almost a week since my appointment and Dr. Belle still hasn't finished her note regarding our appointment.
