Lesser said the better! Unable to share details here. Yes, Neha the receptionist is lovely! The respect and positive experience ends there! Got to meet Dr Prema just once and she was OK but overall the clinic had a disconnect with their approach and care. May be if you can speak Hindi/ Punjabi they 'might' connect better. Went there 2 years back and I get butterflies in my stomach each time I pass through their clinic. So thought will write a review so the experience is out of my system.
I sincerely want to thank the team of Dr. Prema. At the age of 40, I was able to successfully conceive and gave birth to a lovely baby girl. Neha has been always so kind and helpful. She was always there smiling and cheerful. She booked my appointments appropriately. She took blood samples efficiently. Terrible experience with the nurse. Me and my wife consulted the nurse. We thought she’s the doctor and she didn’t even acknowledge she’s the nurse working there. Whenever asked she blamed the receptionist. Please avoid going to this DR.NURSE
