Excellent health care
Went to Joelynne for a back injury. Joelynne did a thorough assessment and explained what the next steps are. Joelynne took time to explain what I could do at home to help the recovery process and gave me detailed instructions on how to do the exercises. I didn't feel rushed at all as Joelynne took time to answer all my questions.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. The NP -Kristen Carey took the time to really delve into my concerns and listened to my answers without making me feel rushed. All in all a very good experience.
Joelynne is patient, smart, and can explain things so well so that I can understand from a non medicine background. She takes the time to actually listen and problem solve.
