I was so excited for my first appointment with a nurse practitioner and I went in feeling extremely hopeful and optimistic! That’s why I was so surprised and disappointed when, during that visit, I was told I would have to choose between continuing care with her or staying with my GP. Kristen saw my daughter as a walk-in patient. From booking the appointment to check in to the appointment itself and getting her RX sent off, everything was seamless and every staff member we dealt with was kind, courteous, and professional. Kristen was thorough and treated my daughter kindly and with respect while also doing her due diligence to confirm the diagnosis rather than just write a script and send us on our way. Highly recommend Vaida Health for your regular or urgent care.
We switched from our family doctor to a nurse practitioner at Vaida, and our quality of care increased immeasurably! Hannah and Kristen have taken amazing care of myself and my infant son. They take the time and listen to each concern and I know their advice and opinions are genuine and with purpose. The feeling of being brushed off and rushed through appointments, isn't something you will experience with any practitioner at Vaida. I cannot recommend them enough!
