On three separate occasions over two years I’ve been to Vahrenberg implement to purchase parts. Unfortunately the owner always waits on me. He’s EXTREMELY rude, condescending and downright hateful. The third visit was the third strike. I’m never going there again. Next time I need parts I’m headed to Terry implement in Gallatin, MO
Was in and out in about 3 hours, financed a new subcompact tractor. Put about 5 hours on the tractor this weekend and love it so far.
Extremely kind staff special shout out to Doug for taking the time to explain everything about the machine without skipping any details! This was a very quick and easy process to purchase from this dealer!
Bought a sixty horse Massey Ferguson w/front wheel assist and front end loader six years ago. Have been very pleased with customer service and have had no tractor problems at all, would buy a new one but like the oven too much. Would recommend to anyone.
