1. Firstly being late for 1 hour. Sure things happen. We can be understanding, it is okay as it is common. 2. Next doesn’t allow the family member accompany the older parents who don’t live in Australia, simply because of a simple cough. So my parents went in themselves and I can’t translate for them. 3. I'm a tourist visiting from Singapore. It was a Sunday and this was one of the few clinics open nearby. The deserted carpark should have scared us off but my sore throat and cough was killing me. The elderly grumpy receptionist was rude. She grudgingly asked me what was wrong and when I told her that I was nursing a cough, sore throat, blocked nose, she shook her head and said "no, no... we dont treat coughs.."
